Nothing quite compares to original blue Mason's Ball Jars with there zinc screw topped lids. They are a design classic.
We have sourced a few before they become impossible to find. They are getting scarcer and scarcer.
Mason's produced these pressed glass aqua coloured preserving jars until 1933. There colour is derived from the blue coloured minerals within the sand used to make the glass. The sand was sourced from Lake Michigan.
The design of the jars vary slightly depending on the year they were made. Over the years the design was varied slightly which makes them easier to date.
Size: Quart H18cm x 9cm
It may be possible for me to source more - please ask.
