Due to the nature of what we sell it is difficult to have a fixed delivery price for all items but we have tried to make it as simple as possible.

There are 5 UK delivery options.  Please follow the instructions on each listing.  If there isn't a delivery option please select standard shipping..

We are happy to arrange Worldwide shipping.  Please contact us for a worldwide delivery quote.  We are able to ship all of our products worldwide no matter how small or large.

It has to be said that our parcels don't look the prettiest; we use as much reclaimed packaging as possible supplied to us by friends and neighbours.  It's important to them and us that we prevent packaging from being single use before heading off to landfill.  We hope once the reclaimed packaging is with you that you can re-use, recycle or compost it.

Free Collection:

If you live in or near to Norfolk you are welcome to collect at a pre-arranged convenient time.

No Quibble Returns: 

 

We want customers to be totally happy with their orders and we offer a no quibble return policy up to 14 days after delivery. 

 

Customers to arrange returns and  pays for return costs.  All items must be returned in original packing & suitable for resale.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items:

 

If items are received faulty or broken we will of course arrange for the item to be returned & issue an immediate refund in full upon receipt of that item.
