1. Business Information

Sugden and Daughters is a sole trader business.

Please note: this is a private residence. Visits and returns cannot be made to this address under any circumstances.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of applicable UK taxes and handling fees.

We accept secure payment via Stripe, which allows most major debit and credit cards. We do not offer payment plans, instalments, or reservations at this time.

For international orders, please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable upon delivery in your country.

3. Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Delivery is calculated on a per-item basis and includes careful packing, handling, and courier costs.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for both UK and international customers. To arrange a return, please contact us first.

- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent.
- All delivery costs — including return postage — are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not accept returns for customised items, or for any item that has been altered or damaged after delivery.

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.

4. Product Descriptions & Condition

All items are antique or vintage, and gentle signs of age are to be expected. We do not sell items that are cracked or chipped.

Each piece is sold strictly as seen, with honest descriptions and photographs. Any repairs or touch-ups will be noted in the product description. Please read the product notes carefully and contact us if you'd like further details or images before purchasing.

5. Privacy & Data

We collect only the information required to fulfil your order — such as your name, address, and contact details — via Squarespace, our website platform.

Your email address may be used to send occasional updates and newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.

We do not use tracking tools, advertising pixels, or third-party data collectors. We do not share or sell your information.
