Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do — though not through the automated checkout.
If you’re outside the UK, just drop us a line with your full delivery address and the item(s) you’re interested in. We’ll gather a bespoke shipping quote, including tracking and insurance, and email it over for your approval.
A touch slower, perhaps — but all the more human.
How is delivery calculated?
Delivery is calculated on an item-by-item basis and reflects the care required to pack and send each piece safely. Prices are accurate for single-item purchases and are set according to size, weight and destination. Costs include packing, handling, tracking and courier fees.
If you are purchasing multiple pieces and the combined delivery cost appears unusual, you are very welcome to get in touch. We are always happy to review shipping and advise where adjustments can be made.
Every order is packed by hand, with careful attention paid to protection and stability in transit. We use reused and sustainable materials wherever possible. Your parcel may not be beautifully wrapped, but it will be packed thoroughly and with care, to ensure it arrives exactly as it should.
Professional packing is standard. Worldwide shipping is available on request.
How long will my delivery take?
We aim to dispatch within 3 working days — as swiftly as our hands and heads allow.
That said, antiques don’t always travel at the pace of modern things. Finding the right box, the right wrapping, the right fit — it all takes care. During busy periods, or when a piece is particularly large or delicate, things may take a little longer.
If so, we’ll keep you personally updated — no stock replies, just honest ones.
Can I place an order by phone or email?
Afraid not. We like to keep all orders in one tidy place, and mobile reception in Norfolk is patchy at best.

What if something’s gone wrong with my order?
We pack each parcel with great care, so problems are rare — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our utmost to make it so.

I saw something I loved, but now it’s gone — will it come back?
Many of our pieces are one-offs — chosen for their story, soul, and singular charm. Once sold, they’re usually off to new homes for good.
That said, it’s always worth asking. We might have something similar in waiting — or keep an eye out for you on our travels.
Are your antiques restored or altered?
We source with soul — but always with practicality and purpose in mind. Most pieces are sold as found, with the honest wear and gentle patina that only time can bestow.
Occasionally, a light repair is made to ensure a piece is sound or functional — but nothing is over-polished or stripped of its charm. You’ll find all you need to know in the product notes.
Can I see more images or ask questions about a piece?
Of course — we welcome it. If you’d like extra photos, close-ups, or simply to chat through a piece in more detail, just get in touch. We’re always happy to talk through measurements, quirks, and quiet glories.
Is everything on your website?
Not quite. We prefer to show a carefully chosen handful at a time — giving each piece room to breathe, shine, and take centre stage.
There are always more finds waiting in the wings, so if you’re after something in particular, feel free to ask. You never know what might be quietly waiting.
Do you offer an antique hunting service?
Absolutely. Nothing gives us greater joy than heading out with a sourcing list in hand.
