We have a collection of the wonderful vintage glass confit jars all varying slightly in shape and size.  They are all chip and crack free and are enhanced by characterful imperfections within the glass with a simple fluted design They are heavy and chunky and oozing character and vintage style.
 
These are handy for so many purposes - obviously they could be used for the the purpose for which they were originally intended - for jams or pate or for other useful purposes - pencil or button pots, candle holders, vases.....  We personally love filling them with traditional sweets and wrapping them up as special Christmas gifts,
