This fabulous pair of cinema seats date back to the early C20th.  The metal and wood-work is original as are the seats but we feel the fabric was repace in the 1950's.  Both the seats have a brass ashtray on the back.
 
These have been into the Sugden and Daughter worshop and cleaned up and sympathetically restored.  Everything is stil original and nothing has been removed or replaced by us.
 
The metal legs have a wonderful pattern on them with age-worn gold paint.  We have retained this for autheniticity.  The seat covers are tired and worn.  If desired these could easily be reupholsterd.  Again we left the fabric for authenticity.  
 
We are led to belive that these cineam seats werereclaimed from Marlborough cinema.
