This is a lovely white French enamelware utensil holder in a nice clean vintage condition.  It has obviously been well looked after.
 
The utensil holder has a metal hanging rail to hang utensils from and two hanging holes so that the holder can be wall mounted.
 
The main enamel is white with a blue rim.
 
These utensil holders are great in a kitchen or alternatively can be used in bathroom to hang a small hand towel on and store some soap in the tray.
