This is a beautiful object and the perfect present for a budding chef or baker.  Originally used for chapati's this hand carved rolling pin has a fabulous time-worn appearance and feel.  Each chapati rolling pin is unique - hand-carved and hand painted.  This rolling pin has vibrant pink painted ends and a subtle green middle with the paint worn away in a patch as you can see in the photo.  It's a very beautiful decorative object but also perfect for rolling out pizza dough.
