What a whopper! We've never found a huge French wirework basket like this before.  
 
We couldn't believe our luck when we went to France; French wirework baskets are like hens teeth so when we saw collection of baskets at a French antique market we swooped in and snapped them up.
 
This is a lovely basket in a great vintage condition.  The basket has lovely little wire feet typical of a vintage wirework egg basket.
 
We love these!  The look fab filled with eggs, fruit, vegetable, pinecones. a candle........
