This Ricard jug will look very familiar to anyone who visited France regularly in the past.  Every town and village French cafe bar would use these Ricard Anisette Pastis advertising water jugs. This ceramic slipware jug is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips and is beautifully clean for it's age.  
 
It is a wonderful colour, perfect to use now as a water jug, flower jug.....
