What was once used to carry wine now makes a wonderful decorative item.  
We couldn't be without ours;  it's used to hold decoration-laden hazel 
branches at Christmas & Easter and various foraged foliage in between.  
They're often used with fairy lights too.

This carboy is cleat glass with beautiful ripples and imperfections on 
show, totally as you would expect of a vintage item such as this.  It's a 
fabulous large size and sits quite comfortably on a dining table, console side
table, kitchen counter etc.....
