Unusual French vintage soupiere tureen with a cat's head imprinted on the lid.  The tureen is a creamy colour with black line detailing.  
 
The tureen soupiere is crack and chip free but does have crazing (not visible on the lid) as you would expect of a vintage item of this age.  We believe it dates back to the late 1800's.
