We think it is fair to say that at one time every kitchen in rural France would  have owned one of these. Dairy bowls were used to gather milk, make cheese and so much more. This brown coloured stoneware dairy bowl is glazed inside and out and is in an beautiful condition.  Exceedingly usable and makes a wonderful serving bowl, fruit bowl or baking bowl
