What an incredible find - this is a fabulous hand carved rustic wooden sink which is believed to have come out of a French fromagerie.  
 
It is incredibly old and in an extremely rustic condition but still usable.  It would be wonderful in kitchen, utilityroom, cloakroom, garden, outdoor shed..... It would also make an interesting garden water feature.
 
There are old signs of woodworn which has been treated.
 
At the bottom of the sink is a small plug hole with metal pipe protruding underneath.
